1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup milk
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup hot water
1/4 cup sour cream
12 Snack Size Reese's , 6 chopped into halves and 6 chopped into small pieces (not minis)

Peanut Butter Buttercream Frosting

1/2 cup butter , at room temperature
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
2 Tbsp sour cream
3 - 4 Tbsp heavy cream
