Louisiana Shrimp Dip

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cups (1/2 stick) unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cups green onion, finely chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, seeds removed, minced
  • 1 pound raw shrimp (peeled and deveined), fresh or frozen (and thawed/drained), cut into small pieces
  • 1 tablespoon Creole or Cajun seasoning
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced (1 tablespoon)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
  • Crackers, baguette, for serving
