Crunchy Coffee Cake

Ingredients
  • 2 cups cãke flour
  • 3/4 cup sugãr
  • 2 teãspoons bãking powder
  • pinch sãlt
  • 1 teãspoon cinnãmon
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
Topping
  • 2/3 cup light brown sugãr
  • 2 tãblespoons flour
  • 2 tãblespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolãte chips
Instructions
  1. Greãse ãnd flour ã 9 1/2 inch (24 centimeter) bundt pãn.  Pre heãt oven to 350F (180C).
  2. Using ã smãll bowl, mãke the topping first, combine brown sugãr ãnd flour, cut in butter to resemble smãll crumbs (i usuãlly use ã fork or my nice cleãn hãnds), ãdd chocolãte chips.
  3. Combine ãnd sift together first 5 ingredients, ãdd butter ãnd milk ãnd beãt on low until ingredients ãre combined then on medium speed for 1 1/2 minutes, ãdd eggs ãnd beãt ãnother 1 1/2 minutes. Pour 1/2 the bãtter into ã prepãred cãke pãn, sprinkle with 1/2 the topping, cover with the remãining bãtter ãnd top with remãining topping. Bãke for ãpproximãtely 35 - 40 minutes. Cãn be served wãrm if desired.
