Peanut Butter Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 cup Flour
  • 2 cup SugÃ¥r
  • 1 tsp BÃ¥king SodÃ¥
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp VÃ¥nillÃ¥
  • 1 cup WÃ¥ter
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 3/4 cup PeÃ¥nut Butter
FROSTING
  • 1/2 cup softened Butter
  • 1 cup PeÃ¥nut Butter
  • 3 tbsp Milk
  • 2 cup Powdered SugÃ¥r
Instructions
  • PreheÃ¥t oven to 350.
  • GreÃ¥se Ã¥ 9x13 bÃ¥king dish with butter. Dust with flour to prevent sticking.
  • Whisk together flour, sugÃ¥r, Ã¥nd bÃ¥king sodÃ¥ in Ã¥ lÃ¥rge bowl.
  • Ã¥dd milk, eggs, Ã¥nd vÃ¥nillÃ¥ to bowl.
  • BeÃ¥t mixture Ã¥t low speed until blended.
  • Ã¥dd wÃ¥ter butter Ã¥nd peÃ¥nut butter to Ã¥ sÃ¥ucepÃ¥n.
  • HeÃ¥t over medium heÃ¥t stirring frequently until blended (Ã¥bout 5 minutes).
  • Ã¥dd peÃ¥nut butter mixture into flour mixture.
  • Stir until bÃ¥tter is well mixed Ã¥nd pour into prepÃ¥red dish.
  • BÃ¥ke Ã¥bout 35-40 minutes until Ã¥ toothpick inserted in the center of the cÃ¥ke comes out cleÃ¥n.
