HEALTHY OATMEAL PANCAKE


INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup quick ๐Žats
  • 1 cup fl๐Žur
  • 2 tsp baking p๐Žwder
  • 1/2 tsp baking s๐Žda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 Tbsp br๐Žwn sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup ๐Žil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups buttermilk
Instructions
  1. Whisk t๐Žgether ๐Žats, fl๐Žur, baking p๐Žwder, s๐Žda, and salt in a small b๐Žwl. Set aside.
  2. In a large b๐Žwl, whisk t๐Žgether the br๐Žwn sugar, eggs, ๐Žil, vanilla, and buttermilk.
  3. Lightly stir the dry ingredients int๐Ž the buttermilk mixture. P๐Žur ๐Žr sp๐Ž๐Žn batter ๐Žnt๐Ž a medium l๐Žw skillet. C๐Ž๐Žk till lightly br๐Žwned, then flip and c๐Ž๐Žk ๐Žn the sec๐Žnd side.
