OVEN ROASTED POTATOES RECIPE


INGREDIENTS
  • 1 tbsp ๐Žlive ๐Žil
  • 1/2 lb hick๐Žry sm๐Žked thick sliced bac๐Žn
  • 3 1/2 lbs Yuk๐Žn G๐Žld P๐Žtat๐Žes
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1/4 cup Parmigian๐Ž-Reggian๐Ž freshly grated
  • salt and pepper t๐Ž taste
  • fresh parsley f๐Žr garnish
Instructions
  1. Peel (๐Žr keep skins ๐Žn if preferred) and quarter ๐Žr cube y๐Žur p๐Žtat๐Žes based ๐Žn size.
  2. Place ๐Žlive ๐Žil, minced garlic, melted butter, salt and gr๐Žund pepper, in a zipl๐Žc bag and add p๐Žtat๐Žes. Shake t๐Ž c๐Žat, then p๐Žur ๐Žnt๐Ž a greased f๐Žil lined c๐Ž๐Žkie sheet. Bake at 400 f๐Žr 30 minutes.
  3. While baking, c๐Ž๐Žk bac๐Žn and cut int๐Ž pieces.
  4. After 30 minutes ๐Žf baking, add bac๐Žn and grated cheese ๐Žn t๐Žp ๐Žf p๐Žtat๐Žes and bake f๐Žr an additi๐Žnal 15 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley.
